I came to this city ...Delhi....as a new bride....new but not young....so none of the romantic or nervous anecdotes....it is the same old pensive me.
The city is definitely faster than my Kerala...very fast....but definitely not better as many "Delhi Malayalees" rave....not in my experience right now...but....someone told me that soon Delhi will grow on me...I am not sure about it....
I never read news papers in Kerala for the last four five years...other than a quick scan for any real estate news....but am sure it never carried so many horrible news...but here every day the news paper carries a news of either rape or murder...today was double dose a 15 yr old murdered, for 2500 rupees and 77yr mother of four, raped...77...can you believe it? Guess it is believable for Delhi where not long back someone shot someone in cold blood just 'cause he toppled his plate of chicken fry!
Will this Delhi grow on me? Let us see...
